• To preserve data and access premium features, users must register through Google or Apple ID
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

• You retain ownership of content you upload or create (such as images, text, and other materials)
• You grant us a limited license to use, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• This license includes sending your content to third-party AI providers when needed to deliver AI-powered features
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and that you have the rights to submit it

4.2 AI and Automated Processing

• Our Services may use automated systems and third-party AI models to analyze images and other content you provide
• AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You should not rely on AI outputs as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them
• We do not claim ownership of your content or of AI outputs produced for your account

4.3 Content Storage and Access

• We may store your content and account data in our databases so you can access it through our apps or website
• Stored data is intended to let you retrieve your history and results when signed in, including from different devices
• We are not liable for loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to user content beyond our reasonable security obligations

4.4 App Intellectual Property

• All App features, designs, algorithms, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Apps
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected intellectual property

4.5 Face Image Processing & AI Analysis

Face images are temporarily processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini API) solely for generating facial analysis results. The app does not permanently store uploaded images on its servers. Any saved history remains on the user's device only and is not accessible to developers.

• The face analysis feature requires your explicit consent before any face image is sent for AI processing; without consent, the feature cannot be used
• Face images are processed only for cosmetic facial analysis (e.g. symmetry, structure, proportions) and are not used for identity recognition, surveillance, authentication, advertising, or medical or diagnostic purposes
• We do not store face images on our backend servers; processing is temporary and transmitted securely over HTTPS
• Analysis history stored on your device is not accessible to us

5. User Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

Users must use our applications within legal and contractual limits. Prohibited activities include:

• Copying, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract source code

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Using our Services for commercial purposes without permission

• Subscription Plans: Weekly, monthly, and annual options available

7.2 Payment Processing

• We use RevenueCat for secure payment processing and subscription management
• Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan
• In-app purchases and premium content are subject to our management
• All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels
• Refunds are subject to app store policies and our refund terms

7.3 Subscription Management

• Users can manage subscriptions through their app store account
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Users indemnify us against claims arising from their use of our Services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
